Biography

Born in 15.06.1969

1993 - won the "Marco d'Avola" Prize at the International Organ Competition at the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music in Rome

1994 - graduated with honors in Organ and Compositions from the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory of Turin

1990 - studies concerning Bach's music with Michael Radulescu

1991, 1993, 1994, 1995 - continued studies with Jean Guillou at the International Academy of Organ Interpretation & Improvisation, in Zürich Tonhalle

Teaching position - organ professor at the Municipal Music School of Turin

Church position - titular organist of the historical Organ at the Sanctuary Basilica 'La Consolata' in Turin

Concerts activity - touring regulary throughout Europe, the United States, Canada, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Australia

Collaborations with Italian embassies and consulates abroad: New York, Philadelphia, Washington, Bangkok, Seoul, Sydney, Singapore, London,  Lille, Strasbourg  

Performances with the orchestra - since 1994 soloist and organ professor with the National Symphonic Orchestra RAI (tours of the Canary Islands - performance of Poulenc concerto), giving concerts under the direction of such eminent conductors as Lorin Maazel, Eliau Inbal, Neeme Järvi, Jeffrey Tate, Mikhail Pletnev and Gennadi Rozhdestvenskij

Repertoire - all the original successful works by celebrated renaissance, baroque, romantic and modern composers, and several own organ transcriptions ranging from J.S. Bach to Igor Stravinskij

Publications - organ transcriptions under editing process by Swedish editor Trumph

Discograpy - CDs recorded with the French labels Syrius (SYR 141325) and BNL (BNL 112892), including G. Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue. With the British label PRIORY Records, at the world famous "Van den Heuvel" Organ in Saint Eustache, Paris, for the series "Great European Organs" (PRCD 690).
