If you want to create AMIGA programs by a BASIC language, I suggest you
to download from AMINET AmiBlitz2; to find it type into the AMINET SEARCH
TOOL "amiblitz" and you will find the main archive and all the upgrade
archives.
This program is a free and improved version of the AMIGA commercial
BASIC language Blitz Basic 2, Blitz2 for friends; the free version is
called AmiBlitz2 because from a couple of years is on trade Blitz Basic
for PC, that is designed for WINDOWS; I have purchased it and I have it
since 6th of June 2001.
To avoid confusion with this one it has been called AmiBlitz2.
If this is not enough for you, surf on http://www.back2roots.org/ and
search for the commercial version of AMOS THE CREATOR, AMOS 3D, AMOS
COMPILER, EASY AMOS, AMOS PROFESSIONAL, AMOS PROFESSIONAL COMPILER.
I have created my AMIGA game Mattonite by AMOS PROFESSIONAL and
converted as a stand alone executable by AMOS PROFESSIONAL COMPILER.
There are also all the commercial versions of BLITZ BASIC for the
AMIGA.
The above images report two moments of programming by two AmiBlitz2
language different versions, usable only on the AMIGAs with math
coprocessor: I use this into my WinUAE Default configuration that emulates
a MOTOROLA 68040 processor.
If you are interested into developing 3D games for PC like Tomb Raider,
purchase Blitz3D for WINDOWS from http://www.blitzbasic.com I have purchased it and I have got it since 12th April 2002!
