One night, before the comics writer Gèrman O. it appears El Eternauta, time and space traveller, that announces him the havoc of Buenos Aires, and the invasion of Earth by the Ellos aliens. Cybersix is an artificial being, last survivor of the Cyber serie, decimated, because it rebelled against his nazist creator Von Richter. Cybersix is forced to get the identity of a man to escape from the other creatures that hunt her, but whom she needs to get the only substance that can really feed her, like a vampire. Trillo is a consolidate master in psycological research.
