This is the story so far...

Hellish first played in 1999, born from the mind of Riccardo Rieti, with other musicians: Massimiliano Rieti at the guitars, Andrea Madrigali dealing with drums and Cristian Pazienza at the bass guitar.
Edguy, Iron Maiden and Metallica were the first bands that Hellish tributed with some covers.
In 2001-2002 the line-up changed, Hellish became a "one-man band" (yeah, really black metal), and Riccardo recorded guitars and drum machines, with guest musicians for bass guitar and synths (the foreseen Cristian Pazienza and the new entry Matteo d'Ambra).
In this period, the musical ground explored by the band changed, taking influences from the heavier black and death metal, folk and also from gothic and electronic bands.
In 2002 Hellish recorded a demo with a bunch of covers from a lot of different artists like In Flames, Dissection, Stormlord and Children of Bodom, approaching to new horizons of music with the help of Edoardo Clarizia, who performed the vocals.
Near the end of 2003 Riccardo ended his loneliness when a young guy (Gabriele de Seta) met him at a concert (Dark Lunacy), and joined up the band, trying to help Hellish to improve and write something while waiting for a drummer.
It's november 2004, and Alfonso Corace is IN.
He plays drums in Hellish, dealing with Opeth, Borknagar, Dark Tranquillity and much more. New songs are on their way, Hellish need to play live. A singer and a bass player are still needed...
