GAZPACHO
3 diced green peppers
water
4 diced tomatoes
1cup of white wine
3 diced onion
3 ts Lemon juice
3 minced garlic cloves
1 Scallion, diced fine
Puree all ingredients, except scallion, in blender. Add a little more
water if too spicy. Strain, discarding any vegetable pieces that did not
puree fully. Chill overnight. Serve in chilled glasses or bowls with diced
scallion floating on top.

12 vine tomatoes
1/2 white onion
1 red pepper
3 anchovies
20 basil leaves
4 teaspoons philadelfia cream
2 cups of water
Puree all ingredients
serve with basil leaves floating on top and fresh capers
after gazpacho try
