Wasabi Tuna



1 lb. bluefin tuna
Black pepper
Salt
3 Tbs. Wasabi Paste
2 Tbs. Olive oil

Prepare the tuna by cutting into 2 inch strips, 1 inch wide and 1 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.
Brush each piece of tuna with the Wasabi paste, covering each side of the tuna. In a large pan, heat the olive oil. When the oil is hot, pan-fry the tuna until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Fry the tuna in batches.
Serve the tuna on a platter .
