Cooking procedures are explained very carefully in order to allow even the inexperienced cook to get the best results.
The courses are small and informal and cover all kinds of topics including simple home recipes as well as those known all over the world: you will learn how to cook many dishes that will vary according to what’s fresh in season.
Classes are modular: this means that you can customise your own class according to personal preferences. For example, if you want to attend a course on Risotti, you can choose three different recipes among all those included in the Risotti module, let’s say a lemon, a champagne and a prawn risotto.
Each lesson is taught in English and lasts approximately three hours; it includes teaching equipment, the required ingredients and tasting. Classes are generally hold in the morning but dates and times can vary upon request. |
