Retire (Thanasis Chondros, Alexandra Katsiani, Danis Tragopoulos)
Group founded in 2001 in Thessaloniki. It is a vehicle with
free access and a membership which varies according to the event. 3A had a
strong presence during the demonstrations against the war in Iraq.
Born in 1984 in Thessaloniki.
Participation in several group shows with comics, visual
poetry, and photos. (Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Firenze). Participation in
Mediaterra 2001 Festival (Athens) with an audio piece. Publications: The Other
comics, Thessaloniki, 1999.

Born in Melbourn, Australia, moved
to Greece in 1969. Lived in Chicago from 1979 to 1988, where he studied
Linguistics and Ceramics at Northeastern Illinois University. He lives and
works in Thessaloniki.
1992 Co-founder of
"Amalgama", artist initiative and Co-Op Gallery. Active member until
1997.
1998 Co-founds an artist group with
the artists Alexandra Katsiani, Nokos Krionidis, Dimitris Lioliopoulos,
Lordanis Stilidis, and Thanasis Chondros. The group adopts a name according to
the action/performance/project etc. undertaken. His work has been exhibited in
various group and one-person exhibition in Greece, Germany, Spain, U.S.A.
Group founded in 1984 in
Thessaloniki by Alexandra Katsiani, Thanasis Chondros, and Danis Tragopoulos,
it presented many performances using every kind of visual and audio elements.
