Structure
of the datafiles
Generally the structure of the *.xls datafiles is:
Column A - The variable star name
Column B - The J.D. of Min / Max
Column C - Note (if there are any)
Column D / E- The Reference/s and the page (if available).
Column E - Type of observation ( vis , pg , pe, CDD etc.) If the
type of observation is not available, this cell is blank.
Column F - The name of the Author/s of the observations or who have
worked on the plates.
Sometime the Author/s of observations of long period variables wrote, in
their articles, also the JD of the minimum of light of the variable star. In
some datafiles this is indicated in the column "note" .
Column G - The year of publication of the paper.

----- Datafile from the INFORMATION BULLETIN OF VARIABLE
STARS from nb. 1 (1961) to nb. 6000 (2011). The file
contains 63946 J.D. of extrema (2000 Kb) - DOWNLOAD IBVS.ZIP
----- Datafile from the MITTEILUNGEN der Bruno H. Burgel -
Sternwarte Hartha from nb. 1 (1968) to nb. 22 (1989) after
this number the publication was stopped. The file contains 4331 J.D. of extreme
(104 Kb) - DOWNLOAD MITHARTHA.zip
----- Datafile from the MITTEILUNGEN UBER VERANDERLICHE STERNE -
Sonneberg - from band 1 (1942) to band 12 (1991). The
file contains 30517 J.D. of extrema (958 Kb) - DOWNLOAD MVS.zip
----- Datafile from the VEROFFENTLICHUNGEN DER STERNWARTE IN
SONNEBERG from band 1 (1947) to band 10 (1990). After this
number the publication was stopped. The file contains 25176 J.D. of extrema
(698 Kb) - DOWNLOAD VSS.zip
----- Datafile from the RICERCHE ASTRONOMICHE publication
of the Vatican Observatory. From Vatican Variable 1 (1950) to Vatican Variable
490 (1973). Some variables are missing and they are VV 26 , 27 , 28 and from VV
