Ild - The drums section is for me very better then in "The Apocalypse Manifesto" and "Armoured...".
Nornagest - That's due to Alsvid ,our new skin beater, He's the new messiah of the blackened horde, we haven't been four beings as a unity since Cernunnos was still a part of the horde. He puts more variety and power within our music that's what was missing in the two previous releases.

Probably a lot of guys asked you about that but I wish to know what's your memory of past drummer Cernunnos? ...'cause you've dedicated him a mini-cd
N - He was more than a brother to us, I told you we were a unity, just as we are now.

Ild - I would like to have an explanation of your satanic ideal, for me Satanism is a war against the common human behaviours and ideals and also a point of view to judge the others...and for you?
N - Satanism is much more than a concept based on human explanations. The essence of my Satanism lays deep within my soul, It's not a thing I live or believe in for a reason, I didn't choose Satan but he chose me, and I am honoured to be in his ranks delivering his message and aggressiveness on these grounds. That's all I will share actually.

Ild - What do you think about the modern and American side of Le-Vay's Satanism interpretation?
N - I respect but I'm not from these people who wants to be all together and share their emotions and believe in a circle, I don't want to be oblige to do anything may it be for LaVey, God, Satan or anybody, I got my own Freedom and concept of Chaos.

Ild - Actually in the music 'biz there's too much hypocrisy about the bands, usually a lot of them hate the majority of the others but not a single line is admitted...What do you think about the actual situation of band time ago very respected like Marduk and Dark Funeral, those who play a sort of aggressive black metal without the right harshness?
N - I don't care about what people think of this or that band you know, I got my relations, I appreciate this or that band, this or that guy.I appreciate the guys of Marduk and use to love what they were doing but not that much nowadays, the same goes with Dark Funeral which doesn't appeal me at all, I like their Debut but that's it. But I got really good relations with the dudes. Musically I prefer bands nowadays like Nifelheim/ Black Witchery/ Revenge/ Arkhon Infaustus/ 1349/ Thornspawn / Watain and some more…

Ild - I don't' know if you understand my idea of those two bands actual situation but for me it isn't necessary to play traditional to sound black metal it's more a matter of attitude, sound and sombre belief and your last work is an example of this difference, an excellent battle hymn to the apocalypse...Isn't arrived the time to bring the flag of hate, after all your roots are in the early '90 and you have the right to take the lead...Do you agree?
N - Yes, perhaps we have no pretension to take any throne, but I agree that there's not a lot of old bands which are doing great shit nowadays or if a new band with the right feeling appears , people just do not care about it because they are not on a big label or something like that. That how rotten the scene is now.

Ild - Keyboards aren't an option in your music but the Symphonic Black metal trend is passed and it seems that the fight between metal guitar based bands and symphonic one is ended...your opinion?
N - Back then the trendies wanted to copy Cradle of Filth now they copy Dying Fetus or Cryptopsy, the big trend has just passed that's all. But there's still a lot of crap/ wimpy bands around as always.

Ild - Enthroned use to play live, generally I think Black Metal to be too anti-human for a context like this, but your music also have a certain live appeal...why?
N - Simply because we have the same feeling any day in our life than in the studio or in the rehearsal room. I think when you can make great and dark music in your rehearsal room you can make it on stage. And if a black metal band play live there's a lot more beings that can receive the message of Satanas.

Ild - I would like to have e retrospective of your previous albums (for me the best is the debut "Prophecies of Pagan Fire, followed very near by "Carnage..." and the second)
N - "Prophecies of Pagan Fire" :Our 1st attack very dark album, more based on dark feelings, this album was more mid-tempo and our third plague after the demo and the 7"EP.
- " Towards the Skullthrone of Satan": the second plague, our drummer Cernunnos killed himself one week before the recording sessions, we had to use a session drummer .This event probably gave us more power and aggressivity to honour him.
- "Regie Sathanas" : we decided to make a tribute album to our war-brother Cernunnos, The songs are more melancholic without being wimpy, really depressive solos .
- "The Apocalypse Manifesto": First big mistake was to go to Sweden to record this album, good tracks really hateful but we are not satisfied with the production and I personally think that the drums are terribly shit.
- "Armoured Bestial Hell" : A album very different from the others, we experimented new stuff like more techniques, progressive influences an artwork in the vein of Voivod, we wanted to try some things. There are good tracks but the simple fact that the drummer fucked up his tracks on purpose makes me hate this album.
- "Carnage in worlds Beyond" : Simply our best album for me until now. You can hear that the true osmose is back in the band, that the Blackened Horde has returned composed of it's four Messiah's.

Ild - Is there a band that has been a source of inspiration for your band?
N - Musically wise there's a lot like Iron maiden/ Archgoat/ Darkthrone/ old Mayhem/Judas Priest/ Iron angel/ old Impaled Nazarene/ Bathory/ Sodom..but as far as the concept and mentality is concerned everything comes from our education's and mentalities .

Ild - Is metal a family or a genre very dived between mid-humans power metal listeners, posers and few true extreme individuals?...Is black metal elitist?
N - Metal is like a brotherhood. Black metal is a kind of metal music wrapped in a Satanic concept. Black metal is a part of metal but on the side because it's aura and message are the most powerful and serious of all. That's why B.Mis only made for true tyrants.

Ild - Listening to the last extreme black metal albums I think that in the last months the best around are your "Carnage in Worlds Beyond" and Tsjuder's "Demonic Possession". What are the last albums that you have liked?
N - Manticore's "Ritual Cleansing of the Whore"/ Black Witchery "Desecration of the holy kingdom"/ Anhaal Natthrat "The Codex Necro"/ Sadistik Exekution "Fukk"/ Arkhon Infaustus "The Filth Cathalizer".

Ild - Could you tell me your all-time preferred black metal albums? And if you have to opportunity to chose a band to tour with what will be the choice?
N - If I had to choose a band"difficult question"Arkhon Infaustus or Destroyer 666 because they are true brothers and because they have the same ideology as mine. My all time fave are in B.M : "The Oath of black blood" Beherit/ "De mysteriis dom Satanas" Mayhem/ " A Blaze in the northern sky" Darkthrone/ "Bathory" Bathory/ "INRI" Sarcofago/ "Fallen angel of doom" Blasphemy/ "Vengeance war 'till death" Bestial warlust/" Pentagram" Gorgoroth/ "Hostmorke"Isengard.
