I’m not in line with the idea of this hinted avant-garde proposition of Black Metal by this well known Italian band. What they offer are some not so impressive guitar lines recorded with a strange choice on the sounds and some variations on the drums. Personally I feel this release very far from an idea of communication to the listener, but differently this is not because of a superb superiority but more because of an attitude of coldness and distance. I’m not there to say that this promo is worthless but an important step for them could be to find a mid-way solutions to express their anguish, raw but untouchable attitude with a sound that could give a picture to this abstract emotions. The music isn’t too dark but more inhuman, a modern inspired kind of Black Metal without any obvious industrial consequence, but after all there’s not any song to remark. The personal approach is probably the best thing to report, probably they need more and more time to further develop this cold matter.
