This band was a great surprise, the music sounds like a mixture of Ved Buens Ende and Dodheimsgard of 666 International together with a personal touch that makes this work really unique, all sounds like an heavy-disturbing floating atmosphere. I can interpret it as a slow nervous trip in a state of insomnia with anger and depression as companions, a cold cynic voice that has been driven to madness by the absurdity and frenzy of our modern society that she has been able to see so clearly…a situation like a true human that is considered alien by his own similes that consider themselves normal but truly they’re only empty shells (a là last man of Nietzsche). I think that this description is quite representative of Apocryphal Voice’s work, useless to say that can be appreciated only by listeners with a certain sensibility and taste for extreme music, if you’re not into this kind of nervous hyper-creative music it’s better than you leave to listen you mediocre and conventional boring albums. It’s a shame that a band like that has been constricted to nullify their contract after the release of this MCD because of the ignorance and stupidity that drive the nowadays trendy idiots…
