AZAGHAL / MISANTHROPY / VULTYR - BLACK METAL WAR  

What the fuck is that? I really know Azaghal and I really respect them for "Mustamaa" and Vultyr have done a good debut but I can’t take seriously that release , some songs are singed without a serious attitude, it’s like a joke and some riffs have something punk. In general the 2/3 of this cd are done with a "let’s playing black metal" like the old-times and have a sort of rockish and self-ironic mood, I’m really disappointed...and I ask myself if there’s really something that we really need in this cd? The only interesting thing to hear are located in the final side of the cd where a fair good black metal is played this time with a certain credibility by Vultyr, the only band able to come out from that cd without losing ground with the real meaning of that music, but the overall result is nothing compared to the actual underground strength.
