A real iron-fist in your face! Simply fantastic debut album for this War-machine called Blood Red Throne, created by the ex-Emperor Tchort. The stile is a bone-crushing thrash-death metal inspired by the American scene but preformed with a frozen black metal feeling. The opener song "Portrait of Killer" is a true and simple hard stone supported by a potent and killing guitar-work and an excellent and perfect slaughter operated by the drums, a worthy beginning for a splendid album!
"Soul of Domination" recalls the classic black metal school mixed with the thrash assault in vein of the mighty Slayer! Now is the time for the really god "The Children Shall Endure", daughter of the masters Monstrosity, incredible for the special and precious quality of the riffs. "Dream Controlled Murder" and "Mary Whispers of Death" are two heavy kicks in the ass, fast, brutal and with a genuine extreme attitude! The sixth track "Ravenous Warmachine" has ha vague flavour of the old Malevolent Creation, ‘cause of the rhythmic structures, recalling the blasting "Retribution" album!
The title-track is absolutely powerful, evil and grim, characterized by more different tempos and a crazy rhythmic section! The last closer song "Path of Flesh" is the mark for its mix of old style thrash and death metal in a pure Floridian tradition.
This album is a fucking amazing masterpiece of a new way to mean death metal, an example of the freshness and the health of the scene! Near soon the new album "Afflicted with the Suffering" will be released.
