Crystalium aren’t so band but at the need they don’t impress me, the drumming and rhythmic parts are very weel done, with variations efficiency and aggression, but it’s the final result of the fusion between symphonic elements and the guitars assault that doesn’t work too well. In part this can be due to the sound chosen, because the riffs have some fair melodic line but aren’t sharpy and powerful as they should be. In some moments it seem to hear a French version of Swedish Black Metal, other a band like Griffar or Hirilorn seem to come to my mind. "Mon intime genoicide" is a song where everything work better, not like on the first where one of the main problem is the mixing between the keys and the other instruments. The’yre a bit in the middle , the dramatic and tragically oscure French mood is too much on the background for my taste, and the aggressive parts aren’t able to fully involve the listener. The song"Dans la Spleandour de Notre Irreverance" keep higher the flag of hate, the solo part is superfluous but fortunately it’s an isolated moment, lost in the monumental wall of sound, finally well merged together. Light and darkness…this is this album, surely there’s still much to improve.
