HAGALAZ RUNEDANCE - Frigga's web

Fourth release for the nordic druidess Nebel and her band. "Frigga's web" is a very good release, a recall of Scandinavian ancient spirituality. There are some influences coming from New Age, but in this release we can listen to many instruments that give a special kind of atmosphere to the music as pipes, percussions and others. Sometimes the music of this "Frigga's web" can remind you some early releases of Loreena McKennith, sometimes the acoustic parts in this album are not complicated but very intensive. This album leads you into a journey through the simple life of a pagan vision: you'll live again the beauty of rituals, invocations, the love for Nature. Some songs have the strength to stop the time and space and bring you into a divine dimension, sometimes instead percussions scan the arrival of the calling of divinities where Nebel announces their coming. You dance on this tribal ryhtms and you'll do a shamanic experience listening to songs as "Hel" or "Labyrinth". A magic album for those who wants reawaken forgotten ancient dances and wants to breath again the pagan essence. Follow the heathen priestess!
