THE KOVENANT  - S.E.T.I. 

Now I realized why Hellhammer has left The Kovenant after the recording of this album...because it’s a total pimp commercial shit !!! This album will enter Ad Honorem the Hall Of Shame of The "True Norwegian Shit" together with Satyricon’s Volcano, the last four and future Darkthrone releases and the biggest of all Grand Declaration of War ! The guitars are played only in a ultra-minimalist rhythmic mode, I’m wondering if the guitarist has a guitar with only the last 2 chords, the synths are played in an irritating video game style and forget the unique style of singing in Nexus Polaris also the horrible Animatronic was better than this pure trash ! Total inexpressive clean vocals reminding some EBM hits or Peter Tagtren’s Pain and when Nagash tries to sing in his old style is is clear that he has really totally lost his voice...very sad to think what The Kovenant were and what The Kovenant nowadays are...probably they will make more money than Dodheimsgard but surely they’ve lost every inch of the remaining intelligence they used to have...one advise: instead of searching for ex-terrestrial intelligence search for the last remaining dust of what your brain was.
