Time passes and what would be accused to be a follower of the Dimmu Borgir wave is now something totally out of the actual trends, in fact Taliandorogd play a symphonic type of Extreme Metal that melt Deah and Black elements to recreate visions, horizons away from the modern cell, metaphysical travels in personal dimension. They show to be skilled musicians without forgiving to transmit those dark emotions that are typical of that genre, almost its main factor but they can also present a very professional recording that doesn’t destroy the essence of their modish music. Taliandorogd don’t forgive to keep the flame of traditional metal alive because the guitar base isn’t suppressed by the keyboards because there’s a good balance, the running is time is of about 30 minutes but it’s a good thing because it doesn’t bore. The Artwork is very majestic and mystic, presenting at the best the overall amosphere, but I think that this band probably appeal more to the pagan and heavy listener than to the underground Black Metal horde, for sure if you haven’t any border in the side of melodic and symphonic kind of extreme Metal this band is a cool option.
