This is the second time that I review an Italian Black Metal underground matter and another time it’s a pleasure for sure. The TOD music show a reckonable attitude and credibility, they play traditional Black Metal in the early Darkthrone vein, inspired by the masterpiece "Transilvanian Hunger" their cold melodies have nothing less of some well known foreign names. When I listen to this music it come clear that they have fully understood the meaning of that music, the eerie atmosphere is there and the shadow once again move on doomed lands.. A dramatic atmosphere is presented in a sorrow-inspired mood, the same lyrics seem to take care of the same decadent matter of other great acts like Beatrik and Forgotten Tomb. I warmly indicate to all the fans of this kind of cold and obscure echo from the past to listen to this band. This minicd is the sign that some nightmares are hard to disappear…so let’s keep the flame with the feeling of total death around.
