VADER - REVELATIONS
Another new chapter
for the godfathers of Polish Death-Meta! Vader strikes back. After the
absolute great album "Litany" now is the time of this "Revelations",
strongly influenced by the thrash old school of the ’80 and then by the
killing fury of the preceding one. "Epitaph" open the gates to the
massacre with its slayerish starting riffs supported by a majestic mid-tempo
passing to another riff in the vein of Morbid Angel, with the superb double
bass drum work! The following "The Nomad" is a real blasting
death-metal song in a pure Vader style. Massive and precise rhythmics will
smash your head on the wall! The great "Wolftribe" is really
particular for its amazing and ingenious drums and vocal parts, with the
surgical guitar’s stop & go! An ode goes to the almighty doc for his
astonishing drum technique, absolutely unique! The brutality returns with the
evil "whisper" characterized by furious hyper-speed grind tempos and
cutting riffs! The song is particularly preformed by the Behemoth’s vocalist
Nergal as guest, giving aggressiveness and a lot of dark energy!
"When Darkness calls" instead boasts of a perfect mix of all the
elements that gives Vader to be a worldwide extreme icon!
After the warlike "Torch of War" with Vreck from Lux Occulta on
Keyboards as guest and the thrashy "The Code", Lukewarm Race...
recalls the great "Black to the Blind" album and then on the closing
the obscure and sick "Revelations of the Black Moses", slow and full
of suffering pathos, painted with a little of the majesty of "Blessed Are
the Sick". The new release is really mature, fresh and nothing boring
track by track! Experience learns, and this is the reconfirmation of the value
of the Polish combo!
