Hotel Villa Ruscello

Our hotel is under family management for 40 years situated in front of the Borromeo Islands, on the national road of Sempione, 1~1.5 kilometers (0.6~1.0 miles) either from the center of the small village of Baveno or the center of Stresa.

All rooms are with bathroom, telephone, TV and a balcony with a view on the lake Maggiore.

Other facilities include private parking, garden, terrace on lake and a small private beach.

By car:
From Milano: A8 "Autolaghi" direction Varese-Sesto C., continue on the A26 direction Gravellona Toce. Exit Baveno-Stresa and when on Lake (ss33) continue to Stresa for about 1,5 kilometer after the center of Baveno.

From Switzerland: after the Gottard Pass follow to Locarno, then to Italy and continue on the main street along the Lake direction to Verbania and Stresa, go beyond the center of Baveno for about 1,5 kilometer Coming from the Simplon Pass continue on the main street to Domodossola-Milano; exit Baveno-Stresa and then on Lake (ss33) continue to Stresa for about 1,5 kilometer after the center of Baveno.

From Arona: continue on the road Sempione (ss 33) along the Lake for about 1,5 kilometer after the center of Stresa.

By train :
The railway station of STRESA is preferable because also the trains called IC, EC and CIS stop and our hotel is situated at the same distance (1,5 KM) from the stations of Baveno and STRESA. In presence of luggage, taxi is recommended.
