TO ORDER
Please
read carefully and understand the following rules and
conditions before placing an order

Accepted/Rejected countries -
Due to bad past experiences, orders
will be accepted only from residents in the following areas:
European Union and the rest of western Europe, Malta, Iceland,
Scandinavia, Poland, Hungary, Russia (EMS only), U.S.A, Canada,
Japan, Korea (EMS only), Australia. If you don't live
in any of these countries please avoid placing orders, it
will save troubles to both you and us and it will prevent
your money/records from being stolen or lost in the post.

orders are placed by e-mail. Just send an e-mail specifying
which titles you are interested in (and from which section).
Important : always report the item code when present !

| You
will soon receive a reply with all the infos you need: which
records are still available, prices*, shipping fees etc...
plus an answer to any question. |

| Then
you can confirm or withdraw your order. From the moment your
confirmation is received you have a 10-days-reservation time
to send the money. |
| From
the very moment you inform us that money is sent you have
a 30-days-reservation time. If we don't receive any payment
after 30 days your order is canceled. |
| Return
policy : all sales final except if we send the
wrong item (e.g. you ask CA125 and we send CA124). Please
do not return anything without permission. |
| Minimum
order
:
15 Euros (shipping not included). |
| Payments
: all payments must be sent in advance. If payment is not
received the records are not sent. Whatever way you choose,
you send money at your own risk. When sending cash-in-a-letter
we suggest you to make it registered and insured. We
are not liable in any way for events beyond our control including
delays in delivering the money, losses, thefts, letter arrives
with cash missing, third party fraud or electronic fraud.
In such cases please forward your claim to the company you
chose to transfer the money. Note : until today 98% of
payments reached us safely. |

Shipping
: from the very moment the parcel is sent our duty is accomplished.
We carefully prepare parcels and we keep the receipt for
every expedition until you notify us the safe arrival of
the parcel. You may request a scan of the receipt at any
time. We give you all possible help in tracking and trying
to locate parcels when problems arise but once the parcel
is sent we
are not liable in any way for events beyond our control
including delay, loss, theft, mishandling, breaking and
any other ineffciency not directly imputable to us. If the
parcel goes lost or stolen the postal service will only
refund us (and we to you) the mere shipping cost
(contact us if you need more informations about this point).
Please understand that this is the real world and s**t happens
sometimes, we just had to clearly point this out. We hope
you can accept it and live with it. This shouldn't scare
you though. Until today 99.5% of parcels sent were succesfully
delivered.

the best service. Nevertheless, for unpredictable events beyond
our/your control, we are always ready to discuss, help and
try to solve any problem that may arise. |
