Normal VGA (Forced to 15 Khz) / RGB / Television set

Basically the wirings are the same of that in the Arcade monitor case.

Here is the list of components :
  • R1 to R5 = 2,2 Kohm resistors
  • R8 = 120 ohm resistors
  • R6,R6,R9 = 47 Ohm resistor
  • C1,C2= 22 uF / 16 v electrolitic capacitor
  • U1 = 74LS86
  • T1,T2 = BC547 ( Or any other NPN cheap transistor)

What you have to do is buiding the circuit to connect the VGA to the television set and after that conenct the point 1 to the SIGNAL pin in an RCA connector and the point 2 on the GROUND signal of the same RCA. The RCA must then be plugged into the GUN video IN yellow connector (guns can be cascaded)
Here are the VGA and SCART Pinout that can be useful:

Pin # Signal Name
1 - Red
2 - Green
3 - Blue
5/6/7/8/10 - Ground
13 - Horizontal SYNC
14 - Vertical SYNC
5 - Blue Video Ground
7 - Blue Video
9 - Green Video Ground
11 - Green Video
13 - Red Video Ground
15 - Red Video
16 - Blanking
17 - Video Ground
18 - Blanking Ground
20 - Composite SYNC IN
