  Stratford is a small ancient town,situated upon the river Avon in the heart of England.

Go and visit the half-timbered house, where Shakespeare was born in 1564,and were where he probably studied. Don’t miss Anne Hathaway’s cottage; it’s a typical English thatched cottage. Have a walk along the river Avon and reach Holy Trinity church, where Shakespeare is a buried.

The Royal Shakespeare Company resides in Stratford’s Royal Shakespeare Theatre,

 one of Britain’most important cultural venues.

2.Nowadays they have a scenery and curtains, while once they had no scenery  or curtains.

3.Today both men and women can act, but in  old times only and men acted and boys performed female parts.

4.Today actors usually wear period costumes, once actors didn’t.
