You can pick up what you like from the "Menu à la Carte"...or decide to choose the fixed Menu' called "Menu' Degustazione", it includes the famous "Bouquet of shellfish with Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruit ". There's also another fixed Menu' which changes daily.
