SOGGETTO
Il MiG 29 appartiene all'ultima generazione di caccia sovietici progettati dal celebre bureau Mikhyan Gurevic.
Con la riunificazione delle due Germanie, la Luftwaffe acquisì in carico gli esemplari di MiG 29 già appartenuti alla Repubblica Democratica Tedesca.
L'esemplare raffigurato era esposto in mostra statica presso l'Airshow "Ali su Aviano" nel luglio 1997.

MODELLO
Questo modello è realizzato dalla scatola Italeri, senza modifiche o miglioramenti sostanziali.
Le insegne sono in parte ridisegnate con Corel Draw e stampate con una ALPS MD1000 in tecnologia Micro-Dry, per ottenere l'esatto emblema di reparto e i codici di questo esemplare.

SUBJECT
The MiG 29 belongs to the last generation of fighter planes engineered by the famous Mikhoyan Gurevich bureau.
As a consequence of the fall of Berlin's Wall, the Luftwaffe happened to take in charge the batch of MiG 29s that belonged to the former Germany's Democratic Republic.
The example I depicted was on exhibit in the static display by the Aviano AFB airshow in july 1997.

MODEL
The model is built out-of-the-box from the Italeri kit, without any substantial improvement.
I designed new unit emblems for the tail fin and the codes with Corel Draw, then printed on clear decal paper by mean of an ALPS MD1000 Micro-Dry printer.
