Our family is composed by 4 people (Renzo, Letizia, Federica, 21 years old and Cristina, 16 years old). We have a house of holiday in Tagliacozzo in Abruzzo (our offer can be found on web site: number IT02195).
Our is situated in a panoramic and quiet area in the ancient part of the village; at 800 mt of altitude. It is on two floors.
Downstairs there is a sitting/dining room with a cooking area, bathroom and a cupboard. Upstairs there are two little bedrooms and a balcony. One room has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. In the sitting room there is a sofa bed.
Tagliacozzo is 60 kms far from L’Aquila, 90 kms far from Roma and 120 kms far from Pescara. Roma and Pescara can be reached easily in 1,5 hour by car or train .
Tagliacozzo contains buildings that date back to 13th , 14th and 15th century and beautiful churches of the same period. The surrounding areas are very interesting from a naturalistic and historic point of view (Alba Fucens dates back to the 3 rd and 4th century b. C .).
In the village there are many shops and during summer there are festivals, theatrical and cinematographic shows.
We did six exchanges and we appreciate very much this formula for holidays.
This year we would like to spend 3 weeks in Europe during August. Our house could be used in every other period or for a longer period because it’s our second house. If you are interested in exchanging with us do not hesitate to contact us! |

La nostra casa è situata in una zona tranquilla e panoramica nella parte antica del paese; a 800 metri di altitudine. E' disposta su due piani.
Al pian terreno c'è un soggiorno con angolo cottura, un bagno con doccia e un ripostiglio con pareti in pietra viva. Al piano superiore vi sono due piccole camere da letto e un balcone. Una stanza ha un letto a castello, una piccola scrivania e un armadio; l'altra ha un letto matrimoniale e un armadio.
Nel soggiorno è disponibile un divano-letto a una piazza e mezzo.
Tagliacozzo dista 60 chilometri da L'Aquila, 90 da Roma e 120 da Pescara. Roma e Pescara possono essere facilmente raggiunte in un'ora e mezzo di macchina o di treno.
Tagliacozzo ospita palazzi che risalgono al XIII, XIV e XV secolo e chiese dello stesso periodo.La zona circostante e caratterizzata da siti storici e naturalistici come Alba Fucens (risalente al III-IV secolo a.C).
Nel centro storico di Tagliacozzo vi sono numerosi negozi e durante l'estate si svolge un Festival che prevede rappresentazioni teatrali, musicali e cinematografiche.
Abbiamo concluso 6 scambi-casa e apprezziamo molto questa formula per le nostre vacanze.
Quest'anno vorremmo passare 3 settimane in Europa nel mese di Agosto. La nostra casa può essere usata per un periodo diverso o più lungo perchè non viviamo lì. Se siete interessati alla nostra casa non esitate a contattarci! |
