| The house is a villa situated in a small hill behind the tourist harbor (as from the photos) in a splendid very panoramic position to around 150 meters from the sea from which is dominated both the village and the whole coast. It's constituted by four apartments of different dimensions that are suitable to satisfy the largest necessities of space and comfort. All the apartments have their autonomous entry and they are equipped by all the accessories excluded the linen. They are immersed in a very ample garden that is to disposition of all the guests and it makes more vivacious and comfortable the house.

APARTMENT "MONTAGNA": (SEE THE PLAN) It is situated at the first floor and it's constituted from 2 matrimonial bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 veranda and 1 terrace for an useful surface of around 75 mq. APARTMENT "MANSARDA": (SEE THE PLAN) It is situated to the second floor and it's constituted from 2 matrimonial bedrooms, a great living room, kitchen, bath and 2 terraces for an useful surface of around 85mq. It's able to accommodate from 4 to 5 people. |
