Generating thunbnails processing multiple images

If you feel unfamiliar with terms like color palette , layers palette , tools toolbar, tool options menu , please visit this page.

To generate multiple thunbnails from a directory of given images , we need to combine script and batch functions toghether .

Create a new empty folder somewhere on your HD and name it something like "My thunbnails".
This folder will contains all the generated thunbnails .

I created a new folder on my desktop , and named it "Mythunbs".

We'll build a script that let you reduce every processed image , to a target size.
Paint shop pro8 already has a script like this one.
This script is named Thunbnail_150 and is located inside the "script restricted" folder at the main psp8 root directory.

Note - The Thunbnail_150 script , generates 150 pixels large images (that's a good thunbnail size IMHO), if you need a different size , you can easely edit the script , in text mode , and then change the thunbnail size value.

Now we have the script (Thunbnail_150) and a reference folder on which , we'll save our generated thunbnails.
Using the file menu , perform this command : file>batch>process .

A window like below will open.
A window like this one will
Just follow the instructions from step1 to step5.

When you're ready just hit the start button and you're done.
