exact monochrome image through adjusting HSL values

If you feel unfamiliar with terms like color palette , layers palette , tools toolbar, tool options menu , please visit this page.
Adjusting an image to reach a target color is possible in Psp , we only need to make some easy , mathematical calculations :

Here's the starting (on the left) and final (on the right) images.

This is the color we have got somewhere (HSL25.204.128)

Open an image in Psp and then launch this command:

Adjust>hue and saturation>hue saturation lightness

Apply these values (H=35 S=80 L=0) colorize=yes

explanations :

The target color is a HSL 25.204.128 but every number of this string belongs to a 0/255 scale.
Psp for HSL adjustaments uses different input fields and precisely : H= 0 to 360° (degrees), S= 0 to 100% , L= -100% to +100%

After simple calculations , we can obtain the exact numbers we need , and those numbers are:
H=25 is eqivalent to 35° (degrees)
S=204 is equivalent to 80%
L is not important but anyway 128 is equal to 0%

So the numbers we have are 25.204.128 and the numbers we have to input are 35(Hue) - 80(Saturation) - 0(Lightness)
