The forseen event organized by the University of Florence, and more precisely by the Architectural Planning Department, will take place in Florence between the 23th and the 25th of January 2007. The happening is arranged by the Architectural Planning Department together with the University of Oulu and a group of associations which cooperate with the Russian Republic, in particular with the Republic of Karelia, into the sectors of the cultural heritage conservation and restoration. The study days are addressed to the universities and the institutions involved into the project and they set the promotion of  research activities launched in this country as an objective. The aim of the operation is to encourage the relations, not only the cultural ones, between Italy, Finland, Ukraine and Karelia, bringing into contact operators of this field through a threading of meetings of which the present represents one of the first opportunities.
