The villa find herself in a quiet residential district, in the middle of the pine forest of Principina a Mare, on a little and very quiet road, 300m from the villag center, 800m. from the see (free but payable beach too )

Th apartment is very bright, the windows look aut on nord, est and west and you'll find yourself immerse in a beautifull pine-wood. The view ist on the garden of the villa. This apartment is ideal for the families with a childrens. The garden offer to the childrens space to play.

The holiday home "LILY" (floor area circa 70 square meters) consist of: 1 Dining-room, large fully equipped kitchen, 1 double room, 1 room with 2 individual beds, 1 Bathroom with wc, shower, bathtub, bidet and sink. There are a little balcony furnish with table end chairs ( if you want you can eat autside of the flat too).This holiday home is suitable for 4 Persons ( if necessary, it's possible a further bed. )

The kitchen is fully equipped (with saucepans, frying-pan, dishes, cutlery, glasses), washing-machine, a fridge, a freezer, and an oven. The household linen (as tablecloth, towel etc. are not available).

The see/beach ist 800/900m. from this apartment. The market 300m., Village center 300m., Pharmacy 400m (oder in Marina di Grosseto 5Km) Shops 300-400m., Bus stop : 200-300 m.

( Auf Anfrage ist es möglich ein Color TV mieten, aber zurzeit können noch keine deutsch/englischsprachigen Sender empfangen werden ... Vielleicht können auch deutschsprachigen Senders im 2007
empfangen werden, aber das kann ich erst gegen Februar/März bestätigen!)

The apartment has its own fenced garden of 200/250 square metre with typical pines of the Maremma. Therefore, if you want to take your dog with you there will not be any problems.

You can park your car along the narrow road in front of the house, or, if you want, inside the garden itself. The parking is suitable for 2 autos too, and find himself into the garden.

You can order bed linen (or bed linen and towels). If you don't want book they, remind you please, that in the apartment there are:
1 double bed: 160cm x 190 cm
2 individual beds : 80cm x 190 cm

Prices are in Euro and for week. They vary according to the Low season, Middle season, High Season, Highest Season. For more informations you can contact us by Email. Please always mention the period and the number of persons (adults and children). You can order bed linen, or bed linen and towels. When you book, you pay 30%.

The apartment is rented from SUNDAY (from 15:00 hours) to SUNDAY (until 10:00 hours )
