Delollis and music

...me on keyboards...

I started playing piano at the age of  7, and studied classical music till the age of 18. Then I studied jazz piano for 3 years, and also taught two students during this period. Since 1987 I've played with many bands, over 10, as keyboard player. I played in more than 150 concerts all over Italy, especially in Milan and suburbs; I played in all the most famous clubs in Milan, as "Scimmie", "Grilloparlante" and "Capolinea". In 1995 I won with my band, "Mr. Man", the "Rock-out" contest. During this contest I also received an award as best keyboard player. In 1996 I got second place in Yamaha X-club (Yamaha-user association in Italy) "Soundwork" contest with the hit "Un motivo per cantare", sung by Pierluigi Piucci, which is my current band vocalist...
I also played bass in many bands. I sometimes play bass in a trio, "Pierlofa", which is formed by me (bass), Pierluigi Piucci (vocal) and Fabio "Lo zio" (guitar and vocal), and....a midi data player. As a bass player, In 1999 I founded a new band, a pure rock one, whose name is "Redrum": what's funny, theresn't any keyboard player in the band! Since I'm the leader, I chose the musicians and the songs to be performed (how to be performed as well). As for those musicians, I just put together 5 friends, who are great musicians too. Actually I still play keyboards with my current band "Multigroove": we are very popular here in Milan. I am also an arranger, working in my little home studio. I produced many songs and midifile for keyboards: I worked in 1992 for Infokorg (Korg software salers in Italy) and have continued since then for private groups. In 1996 and 1997 I programmed 2 disks with samples and voices for Yamaha SY99: now these floppy disks are on sale by Yamaha X-club. At the moment I'm managing a new website entirely related to my current keyboards: Yamaha EX5 and Roland XP50. Check it out:

In October 2000 I started a new brilliant disk jockey career. I've already worked at many places, such as clubs, discopubs, even by hair stylists! I mostly spin dance-house music. I'm currently managing my own site, which is full of resources for djs

...take a look at this and the previous pictures. I think I'm too serious during my musical performance...ain't I?

DO YOU WANNA LISTEN TO SOME SAMPLE MIDIFILES I PROGRAMMED?
Please download and enjoy it!

(best reproduced with a GM Roland machine. Sorry, I programmed this songs for my Roland XP50, but I had to convert them in GM format, so they've lost their perfection)
