1) Open a new document in your software (click the icon representing a blank page) and insert your background: Insert/ Background. Click Browse to go to select it on your HD. Leave all the values with 0 and in Scrolling: No Scrolling.
2) Insert / Left Border Scroll. Select your element gif transparent bottom (it should not be very big). Scroll direction: Up ; Pixels per the second : 10 ; pixels per move : 1; Mark Overlap with next object ; Transparency: 30; Space between: 60; starting position: 0.
3) Copy / paste from the first Left Border Scroll, and this time, change only Scroll direction: Down and shoot Overlap with next object.
4) Copy / paste from of the first Left Border Scroll, and this time put 60 in Starting position.
5) Copy / paste from the second Left Border Scroll, and this time, put 60 in Starting Position.
6) Insert Right Border Scroll, and put the same configuration as first Left Border Scroll.
7) Insert Right Border Scroll, and put the same configuration as second Left Border Scroll.
8) Insert Right Border Scroll, and put the same configuration as third Left Border Scroll.
9) Insert Right Border Scroll, and put the same configuration as fourth Left Border Scroll.
10) Insert / Positioned Image: select your frame by clicking Browse. Horizontal Position: centre: 0; Vertical from Pip: 100.
11) Insert Positioned Container: Horizontal (second column of the page): From Left: 110; From Right: 110; Vertical: From Top: 600 (my frame being 398 of the height, I have to leave margins at the top and below before putting the container for the message area); From Bottom: 60.
12) Insert Background: put in it the background which you want. I used the background used before, but I gave a direction: Down and I put a little of transparency: 30.
13) Insert Frame (always under the container of n ° 11, in moved towards the right-hand side). Style : Groowe; width : 1 and colour in the choice, to associate to the rest of the realization. For mine I chose the colour #FFFF00.
14) Insert / message. Well drag towards the left this compartment with your mouse and in the compartments of margins write : Left : 30; Top : 610; Right : 30; Bottom: 70.
You have only to add a ticker, music, a possible loading message.
save your realization as file SSC or as Webpage.
