Anche questo kit è della TRON (riferimento P98) e, come il precedente, è di ottima qualità. Sempre stampato in resina, metallo, fotoincisioni e acetato, il kit si monta con estrema facilità. Ho riscontrato solo alcuni problemi nel far combaciare i paraurti anteriore e posteriore ed il tappo del serbatoio nelle loro sedi. Ho dovuto modificare non poso la forma degli 'agganci' presenti sulle parti per permettre il loro esatto posizionamento. L'interno moloto semplice rispecchia fedelmente quello originale e viene dipinto in nero opaco. La carrozzeria è bicolore, rossa con tutta la parte superiore in bianco. Come sempre cominciamo a stendere per primo il colore più chiaro, il bianco, per poi mascherare e spruzzare il rosso. In questo caso ho utilizzato il Rosso della Testor (signal red), che però non mi ha soddisfatto, non tanto per la sua qualità, assolutamente eccellente, quanto perchè non è proprio il colore giusto. Per il futuro ho già previsto di procurarmi il colore originale.... Dopo aver ritoccato a pennello alcuni punti della verniciatura in prossimità della giunzione bianco - rosso, ho montato tutti i particolari esterni (paraurti, maniglie, fari, griglie etc etc) che sono cromati e le decals. Al termine ho aerografato un paio di mani di trasparente lucido (Testor) che ha messo in evidenza sopratutto le parti cromate. Con l'ausilio di guanti da chirurgo, onde evitare di lasciare terribili impronte di grasso sulla verniciatura appena eseguita, ho montato la carrozzeria e il fondino con gli interni, non prima di aver ritagliato i vetri dal foglio in dotazione, ricavato con la tecnica del vacuform. Anche questo modello è andato ad arricchire la mia collezione di Alfa Romeo. |
