Nomen est omen. Melli really is the Queen (Dronning in Danish) of the house. The character of Melli is best described as a mixture of vanity and dignity. She has always liked to be looked at and admired, in shows and at home. She is also a lady who knows her worth and wants to be respected by the other cats of the family. She probably isn't the most intelligent cat I've ever known but she certainly is one of the most attractive. Melli doesn't miaow but makes a bird-like sound instead. With this chirping voice she is ready to talk forever with anyone willing to dedicate his or her time for a discussion. Melli is the mother of MoonCat's litters D, G and I.
