Stella is my ex-hostcat. I got her as a "present given in return" from my dear friend Sari (FIN*SmileTail's cattery) to whom I had given a kitten from my first litter. I was particularly interested in this litter because the father is from my H-litter and the mother is totally new blood for my lines. Stella's home is with Seppo Ihalainen and Kirsi Karhula in FIN*FluffyTail's cattery in Helsinki. Stella is a very determined young woman who often tries to boss around the younger ones in her "cat family" but she can be a real purring machine, too.
The colour of Stella was a mystery for us for a long time: one day she seemed like a silver cat and the next day not. Her parents are both silver cats so we assumed that many of the six kittens in her litter would be silvers, too. However, at the age of 12 weeks, only one of the kittens was a clear silver so Stella was registered as a creme tabby. When she has grown up, the colour has begun to be more and more silverly so at the age of 5 months the colour was changed into creme silver tabby. Stella is the mother of MoonCat's L-litter.
