From Oriental Sunday no. 212 - 2002
Chatting like a bird out of the cage. Gorgor and Tong had a happy time in Thailand.

Last year I went to Japan for New year's eve, this year I didn't have much money left, so I stayed in HK for the holiday with friends: the most important my "honey" was with me, just like Gorgor and Tong, happily together in Thailand during Xmas and New Year.
On Dec 29, 01, my pal chose to have afternoon tea at the Oriental Mandarin Hotel in Thailand where Gorgor and Tong, together with Ms Kar Ling (who stayed permanently in Thailand) and her husband, plus two young people too. Gorgor was in great mood, chatting happily like a bird out of the cage with Kar Ling, while Tong sat quietly without a word. Although my pal was nosy, but did not intend to listen to others' private conversations, however, Gorgor was so excited, it's not possible not to overhear it!
My pal said Gorgor was talkative, he told Ms Kar Ling that to keep the form like he is, there is a special way - to get up at 6 a.m., have some bird's nest soup, rest for 15 minutes, then do "Qi-gong" exercises. Ms Kar Ling listened and nodded, might be because of the Ms Ka Ling's husband, Gorgor sometimes talked in English, and kept confirming, "You know what I mean?" throughout out the conversation he has repeated this several times, most probably to make sure Ms Kar Ling's husband understand him. Gorgor was so considerate and polite.
After talking about keeping fit, the topic turned to his new home. He said now his house is over 400 sq.m. a bit too spacious, he felt 200 sq. m. may be more appropriate, because he said he got a bit phobia of space! What a shame! For me, I have phobia of the tiny spot that I got! Feeling too spacious? Do swap with me!
After the tea, my pal went to shopping at the Isetan Department Store. What a coincidence! Gorgor was shopping home furnishing with Ms Kar Ling there also! Gorgor has chosen a lot of cups and plates, saying, "I have to choose some classic style sets, classic style suits my home!" He pays so much attention to details, I just can't beat that!
