What is it?
fleXtract is a experimental tool for extracting files from processed Motorola memory image files.
Memory image files have the extension "HS", but fleXtract doesn't directly handle them, they need to be processed with SHXTool (download from here). After the process you get a BIN file, that's what fleXtract accepts.

I developed the algorythm from scratch, without any type of specification (eg. the structure of HS files), so it doesn't work with all flexs. It may not extract all of the files within, or it may extract corrupt or wrong-named files, or it may even crash.

Using it
The tool is a little window where you input the BIN file (produced by SHXTool, using the HS to H-BIN option) and the directory to place the extracted files in. There is a box for error messages. After pressing the Extract files button the process begins; when finished, extracted files are in the chosen directory.
