(so-called the UFO) through the MIB (men in black - see the first chapter) that work

president) exists and this agreement has extended on good part of the planet's

All that begun at the beginning of the years '30. The government established a contact

tipologies of aliens called the Confederation of the Planets. Every group had something
that the government needed and it wished to enter in possession. After many dealings the
governments chose to form an alliance with the Grays. Secretly the secret government
engaged travels in the space since the years '40. Bases have been constructed on the
Moon (on the not visible from the Earth dark part) and later on Mars (that's why some
Mars films of NASA have been censured). To a certain point, the colonization of these
secret bases has demanded the involvement of an enormous labour force, that has not
been able to make return on the Earth, for fear that the secret could escape and be
revealed to all, here on our planet. But that already happened. In 2004 the italian
respectable scientist Alessandro Cecchi Paone revealed at the italian television in
the chanell Italia1 (in the program "The Alien (L'Alieno)") that it is in course the
planning of the colonisation of Mars. Cecchi Paone has not revealed the fact that some
bases are already present on Mars, perhaps why he did not know it, or it he has not
been allowed to reveal it. But Paone isn't the only person who talked about colonization
of the nearer planets. On the 14 january 2004 George W. Bush made a speech about the new
projects of the NASA. He promised the human presence on the moon within 2020, the human
exploration of Mars and the development of technologies and infrastructures to make
possible the human exploration of the universe. He said that just to obtain more
finances for the secret project?

soon caught up a critical number of inhabitants and, in the end it would not have been

population. The other (probably that one has been adopted) wants to continue to depredate
the resources of the planet and to increase the job force the necessary in order to

reaction that will destroy the life but not the planet. In the meantime those who
lived hidden on the Moon and on Mars will simply wait for the passing of the effects
of the nuclear destruction, and then they will recolonize the Earth with their progeny.

extinction. It came therefore caught up an agreement that allowed the Greys to
take human genetic material (and so to abduct people) to use it for their own
experiments. Therefore the explanations given from the aliens (view chapter #6)

- the necessity to improve their decadent race: hybridization human/alien in
order to prevent that the race of the Greys is always extinguished
- the modification of the human species to survive the future apocalypse: here
they talk about the the new superior human race creation on the secret
government's commission
- the fabrication of clones in order replace some individuals: fabrication of
a genetically programmed labour force
- the construction of 'new beings' for the Resurrection and the return of Christ,
for some (idiot) kidnapped people, they would be preparing those beings in order
to obey to the divine designs: ridiculous motivation in the attempt from the
Greys to make us believe that they are angels or God....
Well from this projecto in practical what must we wait for us? The worse...

citizens of the world.... the waste and the uncontrolled consumption of all the resources

any case the governments will take advantage of us until the completion of the plan,
that will happen in 2013. Then the carnage and the extermination of the human race on
the Earth will follow. Only a few chosen ones will be saved, between which surely
powerful people like George W. Bush.... but in a generalized manner all those who
have created and sent ahead the project. The Earth will come then recolonized with
their pogeny, the genetically programmed workers and naturally with the advanced
human beings created by the Greys.
But we do not have to be pulled down. There's still one salvation perhaps. It's
improbable that the Confederation of the planets does not oppose to a genocide of
such entity. But before entering in the details I must explain you what the
Confederation of the planets offered to the secret government in the years '30
and why it preferred the proposal of the Greys. The Confederation would not have
accepted to share its own technology if before very precise pacts have not been
made. The plan of the Confederation of planets consisted to help the Earth in
its development. They established a contact with the secret government and with
all the governments of the Earth. They said of having the solution to all the
problems of our planet. This solution would have created a good environment and
clean energy, would have freed us from the pollution and would have saved the
planet from the destruction. But there were three conditions that had to be
respected:
1) To your sons you must teach the unconditioned love
2) Eliminate the nuclear weapons
3) Interrupt all the wars
Those were unacceptable terms for the leaders of the Earth, why that way they
would have cut the financings for the secret project and they would have lost
the control on the land populations that manipulated with those same plans.
But the hope derives just from this. The aliens of the confederation do not
have control sights or of dominion of the universe, to the contrary, they
respect the will of all the species that inhabits it. They would have therefore
to understand that the will of the people of the Earth is very different from
that one of their leaders and we can therefore hope in their intervention
within short... The plans of the hostile Greys and the secret government
are therefore in conflict with the Confederation.

wake up the humanity about what is happening on the Earth. According to
a Polish woman appeared recently on the Italian TV RaiUno, who presumably
entered in contact with a member of the Confederation of the planets, the
next president of the United States of America will be Hillary Clinton
(ex USA president Clinton's wife), which will gain the elections
(presumablly the next ones, not those that see now Bush against Kerry),
will finish the conflict in Iraq, will vanquish the secret government and
will bring the peace on the Earth. But another contact with the Confederation
has happened in the 1997, when the ex journalist of the Los Angeles Times,
Phillip H. Krapf (that has always been skeptical about the UFO argoument)
passed three days in the world of the aliens called "Greens". They said
that the most prestigious citizens of the world have been enlisted to work
as emissaries with the goal to prepare the road for the final contact with
the aliens, within 2010. Krapf claims to have met also an important person
from the Earth in the world of the Greens, but has not revealed his/her
identity. The Greens would have the task to prepare us in order to enter
in the Confederation of the Planets. The Greens said to Krapf that the
human race was really unusual. Usually a species are mostly good or mostly
bad, they had not never known before a race in which the cruels and the
bad ones lived beside others, absolutely affable and compassionate.
Their objective are to maintain the positive qualities of our species,
while they will try to make so that the darker elements of the human race,
impersoned by dangerous subjects of our society, remain isolated. The
Greens will not become the governors of the Earth. However if we will
want to enter in the Confederation of the planets we will have to
dismantle all the military forces and the weapons. The Greens offered
to guide us, but this time their offer will be shown in public to all
and not simply to our leaders. All the people of the Earth will have
to decide if accept or refuse the peace. The humanity will maintain
the complete and sovereign control of its destiny. Every world
maintains its own sovereignty while it participates, with the same
rights of the others, to the Confederation of the planets. The
confederation, as already said previously, will be in a position
to solve all the problems that plague the Earth, also the pollution.
The time will tell us if we will enter in the Confederation of the Planets
and will find the universal peace (as Nostradamus said) or if we must die
at the hands of our own leaders in a sad plan for a "perfect" world. Being
pessimist, I fear that the life of us common citizens of this planet will
finish in 2013, with the ultimation of the plan of the secret government.
