MANGIA MANGIA PAISA We got in touch with buddini BUDDY BLUE bluetti many years ago. Then, it was summer 94 and OLI and I were in San Diego. Not exactly, we were in La Mezza. We rang at the door and this guy came with a brand new dobro in his hand. He was very surprised that 2 Italians were able to find his apartment in a small street of a big town. We spent few days in La Mesa and we had the great chance to see Buddy at PETE'S PLACE doing a great gig. We decided to have a tour around South California and Arizona and to meet few days later at the FOOTHILL where Buddy was supposed to play with Big Sandy. Unfortunately Buddy had a crash on the highway and we left USA without say CIAO to him. Sorry girls, Buddy is happily married with ANNIE If you really like good American music, I think you'd find the latest cd by Buddy Blue a great masterpiece! Buddy
