PEBL. Psychology Experiment Building Language
PEBL is a programming language for building and running typical psychology experiments. It is free software, released under the GPL, and it is cross-platform: it runs on GNU/Linux, Windows, and OS X operative systems. So it makes it easy to share experiments and ideas with other people.

PsychoPy lets you easily create and deliver psychophisical stimuli, like shapes, gratings, sounds and much more. It's written in the python language and runs on various operative systems. Check it out at http://www.psychopy.org
PyEPL
PyEPL is also written in python and has extensive facilities for running various kinds of psychology experiments. It is still in Beta version. You can download it at http://memory.psych.upenn.edu/programming/pyepl/
