ARMLOCK FROM GUARD
1 He attempts to stand up to pass your guard....
2. Pass his arm across your body. You will want to bring your hand to the inside of his arm as shown and grab his tricep.....
3. Pull him down into a tight closed guard with your legs and grab on to his head. Your other hand that is grabbing from the inside of his arm should be pulling him down as well.
4. Open your guard and take your foot and place it in his hip. Make sure you continue to hold him down with your other leg.
5. Now switch your grip around his neck as shown and start to spin away by pushing off of his hip, and you should be still holding tight onto his arm from the inside. The more sideways you spin, the higher your leg is on his back holding him down.
6. Now start to push his head away from you and down toward the floor...
7. Throw
your leg over his head. As soon as your leg is over his head, immediatly bring
your feet down to hold him in place and bring your knees together tightly. Your
hand should still be grabbing from the inside and should be on his tricep or
elbow.
To finish, simply raise your hips up while still pulling him down
with your feet.
