FLYING ARMBAR
1. The tie up that is used in this particular technique is shown in the first picture. You start with one hand on the back of his neck, and the other hand on his elbow as shown. (common wrestler's tie up)
2. Start to jump as high as you can, bringing your knee high on to his chest, still hanging on to his neck.
3. Swing your other leg over his head and bring your foot in trying to keep it close to your butt around his head. You will need to start to secure his arm at this point and hold it tight to your chest to continue the move.
4. Drop your shoulders to the ground and turn so that your body is perpendicular to his. Make sure that you lift your head before you hit the ground so you don't knock yourself out!
5. Try to remember to keep him coming down with you by keeping your feet as tight as you can to your own butt.
6. So that he ends up in a classical straight arm lock.
