ROLLING KNEE BAR FROM STANDING
1. Your opponent is behind you.
You will
want to step to the outside of the leg that you are going to break so that his
leg is inbetween yours.
2. Your far hand should reach under you grabbing his calf......
3. As you roll, you will want to tuck your head to the outside of his leg.
4. Once you have rolled somewhat, you will want to
bring your opponent to the ground by pushing on his butt with your
feet.
His shin should be tight to your chest. The best grip for this is
the "tombstone" grip where you cross your arms and grab your opposite
shoulders.
5. To finish, you want to squeeze your knees
together and make sure that his knee cap is on or above your groin. Then thrust
your hips forward and arch your back.
Make sure you still have his shin
tight to your chest before you finish.
