Chapter: Attack from side control
Move: Modified Triangle from Scarf hold

1. Start from a regular tight Scarf hold down.
2. You want to lean back just a little, be aware of your base, and grab him at the elbow.
3. As he begins to lift his head, you want to drive your hip (my right in this case) into his shoulder to keep him in place as you start to throw your leg........
4. .....over his head. Try to catch the back of his neck with the inside of your knee (it makes a nice fit).
5. Now you want to drive your other hip (left) down on to his chest to help you get your leg under his neck. Try to get it so that your shin bone is parallel to his shoulder blades. You can now let go of his trapped arm that you had in Scarf hold.
6. To finish, simply make a figure four with your legs as shown and squeeze your knees together and drive your hips to the mat.
