Move: Vale Tudo closed guard

Start from a closed guard. Bring your elbow inside of his arm to start to create space.
Bring your knee in to meet your elbow inside of his arm as shown.
Bring your knee high and tight to the side of his head by raising your hips as shown while still holding on to the back of his neck with your other hand.
Bring your other leg over so that your calf is across his neck and your foot is touching your knee.
From here you can now punch or .....
Wait until he tries to escape by trying to go under your leg and then...
Spin to the other side, switch legs and apply a triangle choke. ENJOY!
Grab your ankle with your other hand and pull down tight so he cannot stand up. Now pass your other arm to the outside of his so that you have it trapped to the side of your body with your elbow.
