Chapter: Attack from Guard
Move: Neck crank/Shoulder lock

When you have a guillotine on your opponent......
...He may try to escape by puting his forearm into your throat. Push his elbow off your throat with your armpit by reaching across and pulling your arm down to your side or simply swim inside his arm.(not shown here)
Scoot your hips away and feed your guillotining arm as far under his armpit as you can. Sit up to that side as shown to get your arm even deeper through. Try to get the crook of your elbow in his armpit or better.
Clasp your hands together, palm to palm, with no thumb. Be sure to keep your armpit tight to the back of his neck.
Post your foot on his hip if possible.
To finish, continue to pull your hands to your chin and to your opposite shoulder, going across your chest. Again, make sure that his head is pinned under your armpit as tight as you can get it. ENJOY!
