Shishunki Miman Okotowari (No Pre-teens Allowed) is a 3 Volume manga series by Watase Yuu that was oringinally published in Shojo Comics in 1991.
The story is about Asuka who arrives in Tokyo looking for her father
after the death of her mother. She meets Manato and Kazusa and learns that
they are her half brother and sister. Unfortunely neither of them have
ever seen their father either. From then on she lives together with the
2 of them and dreams of one day meeting her father.
