from July 2008 : Market Manager General Food Italy

 

Build and develop a leading, cost efficient, customer and principal oriented Business Unit.

Value creation for the Market, based on performance accountability (Commercial Margin and NWC).

General management of the business unit: operational execution and people management (retention, development and motivation of local staff: 19 people).

Downstream communication and monitoring compliance with Azelis values and objectives.

Implementation and execution of the Corporate Strategy and CM-NWC responsibility in the  Business Unit.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals and Key Accounts.

Total turnover managed: 28 mio euro.

·         From January 2006 to July 2008: Business Unit Manager Food Division

Sales development of raw materials and blends (standard and tailor made)  for food and nutritional industry by direct management of key customer, sales people and agents. To agree together with Commercial Director the commercial and marketing strategies in order to reach the budget. To define product list, price list,  warehouse stock. To manage the priority of the food lab (3 people). To motivate and to control the sales team (5 salesmen and 3 sales assistants). To manage the relationship with Principals both directly and thanks to matrix organisation. Total turnover managed : 12 million euro.

 

·         From April 2001 to January 2006: Product and Sales Manager - Human Care Division:

Sales development of raw materials for nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industry by direct management of the customers. Direct management of some Principals: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, marketing and technical support to customers and to colleagues. Responsible for development, sales and relationship with Principals appointed to, giving a complete service that is not mediated by any hierarchic filter. Check of stock in hand, costs, market price and budget of the items from the Principals in charge. Interact with other colleagues inside a matrix structure, covering in this way the whole market. Autonomy and rationalisation of time management due to the possibility of occasional home-office with informatic and telecommunication devices and co-operation with in-office commercial assistant.
